1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. This time frame allows for order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders with various items may be shipped separately depending on which warehouse they will ship from.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

• We offer flat rate shipping for $5.00 on orders under $75, and free shipping on orders over $75. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time but hope to bring this to you soon.

3. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery times vary based on many factors.
• Standard Shipping: is averaging 7 to 15 business days at this time. But can take as long as 21 business days depending on the warehouse your products are coming from.

4. International Shipping

• We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.

5. Shipping Delays

• While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, order processing delays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in these situations and we will strive to improve what we can.

6. Shipping Address

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

7. Shipping Confirmation

• A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within the expected processing time, please contact us at info@thesurvivalprepper.com. Please make sure you check your junk/spam/bulk email folders as our emails  may end up there due to various email provider’s settings.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us and we will file a file a claim with the carrier.
