• Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged products. If your item is not in perfect condition upon arrival, please contact us immediately.
• If a duplicate order is placed by mistake, we will  refund immediately and cancel the duplicate order, but contacting us immediately is necessary, as we strive to get products shipped out immediately. If the products have already been shipped before you contact us for a duplicate order, we will only refund once we receive the products back from you. We strive to make sure our website is in proper working order to prevent the possibility of duplicate orders, but errors can and do pop up unexpectedly, so if you are unsure if an order went through, please contact us immediately at info@thesurivalprepper.com and we will address the issue immediately.
